Project

Webanello Inc. offered its services in a volunteer capacity to Ta-Da! International for the design of this site. This current site in an introduction to the larger site that is to come. This not-for-profit organization will become a free resource for people with exceptional challenges and their caregivers. It will be a place to both celebrate and be inspired by all the little victories that exceptional challenges give rise to.

My Role

• Defined user needs using qualitative research and analysis.
• Documented design requirements and user goals.
• Established usability guidelines through heuristic evaluation of current site and prioritised those findings for design.
• Collaborated with business to review project requirements.
• Designed and prototyped the user interface using HTML and CSS.
• Facilitated stakeholder review meetings to ensure accuracy of deliverables and meeting of project goals.
• Researched and complied with Section 508 of the Disablities Act to ensure web accessibility to ensure usability by people of all abilities and disabilities.
• Obtained buy-in of design direction from the executive sponsors of the project through creative vision, project planning and providing successful iterative results.
• Established high level of trust with the client by providing end-to-end support, creative solutions and attentive customer service.
