Project
Denali Capital LLC is a specialized asset management company located in Oak Brook,
Illinois. Denali manages portfolios of leveraged commercial loans and related assets
on behalf of its investors.
My Role
- Defined user needs using qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
- Documented design requirements and user goals.
- Established usability guidelines through heuristic evaluation
of current site and prioritised those findings for design.
- Collaborated with business team to review project requirements.
- Designed and prototyped the user interface using HTML and CSS.
- Facilitated end user testing and stakeholder review meetings to ensure
accuracy of deliverables and meeting of project goals.
- Obtained buy-in of design direction from the executive sponsor of the
project through creative vision, project planning and providing successful
iterative results.
- Established high level of trust with the client by providing end-to-end support,
creative solutions and attentive customer service.
