Custom Application

Project

Client required a custom application to improve their current system. The new application would provide customer service reps with a centralized system for taking customer calls, providing tech support, and customer retention. The system was deployed on a large scale and is now the main system for all reps in the U.S. and overseas. I was brought onto the project after initial design and development had already begun.
